Rhetoric - an effective style of communication used in order to persuade various audiences.
Stasis - a three-step analysis process which enables a writer to take a closer look the issues they are presenting. These steps are conducted by asking: Does it exist/did it happen, what it is its character/nature, and what laws govern this character/nature.
Speech Act - Verbally expressing an expression
- Words that get a point across, whether it is verbally or textually

1. Ethos - credibility, appeals to shared values
2. Pathos - appeal to emotion
3. Logos - logic, or even statistics
